Szara's stagette - my first stagette! We dressed her up with a cute purple veil attached to a sparkly crown, wrapped a fluffy white boa around her, made sure you could see her garter, and sprayed her down with scented glitter. She requested we all wear boas so we did, and it was heaps of fun!
We started out with champagne, snacks and Jell-O shooters then headed out to the pub for the rest of the night. Our honorary token boy went early and saved our table so we wouldn't have to stand in line - awwwwww, what a nice boy Keith!! :) Everyone immediatly started in on the rounds of shooters, and within the hour we all had a good glow and lots of giggles. The bride's brother and his friends arrived and that's when the drinks got ugly....Tequila is apparently their drink of choice. Smart bride kept her distance though!
Drinking, dancing, laughing, drinking, more dancing, more laughing and definitely more drinking. We made lots of friends with our feather boas!! The bar closed....some girls went home, some of us kept going.....not for long....soon it was time for pizza and the cab ride home.
