
As a kid, Fruit Loops were my favorite sugary cereal. Since I've gotten older I've had them a few times but generally find that they are too sweet (odd for the girl with the massive sweet tooth!). I wasn't much of a Cheerios fan until the Apple Cinnamon ones came along. Recently I've enjoyed a couple of boxes of the Honey Nut though. Guess my adult palette is finally kicking in....
Or is it?! Because when I walked by these Fruity Cheerios on an end display at SuperStore last night, I didn't even think, I just grabbed. My brain just kicked in and reminded me that I'd been dying for these. Didn't even look at the price!
Well, my friends...they were exactly as I'd hoped. Smaller versions of my favorite sugary sweet cereal. All fruity, colorful and frosted. And a whole bunch healthier than actual Fruit Loops. Yaaaieeeeeee!
