Cuz actually it is a Dell! (not a laptop though...)
Cause I got a dell in April and I HATE IT. And they are so hard to deal with because their call centre is in India and I can't understand them. I had a Dell before and I had it for just over the warranty and it broke and it would be more than the computer to replace. Don't know why I bought another Dell. Sorry, I really didn't think you got a Dell, that is why I said it.
Hooray for new brain boxes! Our laptop is a Dell and we haven't had any trouble with it, so I'm sure you'll be just fine.
I actually chose it because so many people had recommended them recently...including computer geeky friends that are in the know! (Jamie included!!)
You know my friend Deb that I go to movies with? Her bro is an IT guy and where he works they have Dells and he got her a good deal on hers and she's really pleased with it. I think probably every company has lemons that pop up from time to time. I'm sure you'll be pleased with yours when it finally gets delivered... xoxo
