Stuff

While out running a few errands, these are things I noticed:

- there are A LOT of NASTY potholes out there
- I need a cuter toque
- Starbucks always serves their bevvies with the lids on here
- the bank machine was on the outside of the bank (which I find odd because it's a helluva lot colder here)
- customer service types are super-duper friendly here

haha yeah the poor condition of the roads is a never ending political issue here, definitely, especially in "back road" routes like where you are living. I'm an "outskirt suburber" myself, I'm just grateful now for the new Hwy 103 :-)

you'll find the temperature and weather conditions can vary +/- 20 degrees within a few days. It's always kind of been a thing around here that if you don't like the weather, just wait a few hours! It was only 2 weeks ago I was going for "spring walks" in +10!

lid on? that would be strange to me! and the bank machine outside in a cold place, doesn't seem to make sense...

The tetrazini is just noodles, turkey, broth, veggies & light cheese sauce baked as a casserole. I make one and freeze into individual portions for lunches.

I currently go to the Nubody's in Burnside (since this is closer for me now) but be sure and check out the Clayton Park Woman's loaction as opposed to the Clayton Park location. The WO location has better cardio equip IMO, load of strength/resistance/weights and tons of classes.
