
When I took Yoga at the Y a couple of years ago, I much preferred the "Power" or "Flow" classes over the Iyengar and such. I guess I like to get my lungs working (and trust me they are working!) and not sit still too much! So this podcast is excellent for me. There is a bit of slow stretching while it walks you through the two salutations, followed by a more intense flow-through. Love it!
Good stretching. Good breathing. Good strength training.
